Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (if applicable)

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Orders lost due to incorrect address provided by customer


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process a refund or replacement.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges
